The book depicts about health issues. This book is divided into ten chapters. Every chapter is well researched and informative. How to became healthy is the theme of the book. There are rules given on quit smoking, alcohol, physical exercise, managing diet, and many more. This book is helpful and presentation is impressive. I do like the content. Good work by the author.
Language is simple and understandable. Title and cover are apt to the plot. Overall enjoyed reading.
